Pickup, payments and your account, explained simply.
When it’s ready we let you know by app notification, email and SMS. Go to the counter, read out your pickup code, and the staff hand it over. Chose drive-through? Tap I’ve arrived when you park and we bring it to your car.
Yes, for free until the restaurant accepts it and for 2 minutes after. After that the kitchen has started, so the cancellation rules apply. Refunds go back to your card or your wallet.
We keep your order for 30 minutes once it’s ready and remind you halfway through. If it still isn’t collected 30 minutes after that, it’s cancelled under the restaurant’s rules and may not be refunded.
Where it’s switched on, yes: choose Pay at counter in your cart and pay when you collect. It isn’t offered with card-only offers or promo codes.
You earn 1 point for every AED 1 you pay at participating restaurants, once you collect. Each point is worth AED 0.05, points can pay for up to half of an order, and they last 365 days.
Gift credit you receive is added to your account and used automatically in your cart, before your wallet. You can switch it off in the cart for any order.
Yes. Your account is the same everywhere, so an order placed here shows in the app with live tracking and your pickup code.
