1. Using CHUBZ
CHUBZ lets you order food for pickup from restaurants in the UAE. You need an account to place an order. Prices are set by each restaurant and include VAT where shown.
2. Orders and pickup
An order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. Collect it at the counter by showing your pickup code. Orders not collected within the holding time may be cancelled.
3. Payments and refunds
You can pay by card, wallet, loyalty points or gift credit, and at the counter where offered. Refunds go back to the original payment method or wallet.
4. Gift credit
Gift credit can be spent on CHUBZ only and can’t be exchanged for cash.
